Welcome to NALG App! This user agreement is intended to clarify the rights and obligations between us. Please read the following clauses carefully:
1.Definition
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- “NALG App” refers to the mobile application provided by SexyDream Studio
- “user” or “you” refers to the person or entity using the NALG App
- “Service” refers to all functions and services provided by NALG App, including but not limited to annual and monthly subscription services
2.Service description
NALG App provides monthly subscription, allowing users to access specific functions and content in the application. Users must purchase applicable services to access specific function or content.
3.Subscription
Users can purchase subscription services through NALG App. The subscription fee will be calculated according to the service selected by the user and will be paid through the user’s App Store account. The subscription will be automatically renewed unless the user cancels the automatic renewal before the subscription expires. Subscription renewal will be paid using the default payment method in the user’s App Store account 4.Unsubscribe
Users can unsubscribe from the service at any time. The unsubscribe will take effect before the subscription expires. Please note that after the subscription expires, you will no longer be able to use some functions and content. Unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the renewal to ensure that the renewal will not continue
5.User content
NALG App allows users to create, upload, publish, store, send or share content in the app, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio and video. Users are fully responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, store, send or share. Users should ensure that their content complies with laws and regulations and public ethics
NALG App is not responsible for the quality, security or legality of user content
6.Intellectual property
NALG App and its owners own the intellectual property rights of all content and services provided in the app, including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, code, design, trademark and logo. Users shall not copy, disseminate, use or modify these contents and services in any way
7.Disclaimer
NALG App makes no express or implied warranty on the reliability, quality, applicability, accuracy and completeness of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, NALG App assumes no responsibility
NALG App is not responsible for:
- Any loss or damage caused by the user’s use of the service
- Any loss or damage caused by user content violating laws and regulations or public ethics
- Any loss or damage caused by any third-party software or services
- Any loss or damage caused by force majeure events
8.Modification and termination
NALG App reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. For these changes, we will inform users through in-app notification or email. If the user does not agree to the modified agreement, the user should stop using the service
9.Other terms
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and NALG App and supersedes any other written or oral agreement
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed to be separated from this Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions
The user shall not transfer this agreement or its rights or obligations under this agreement, and Man App has the right to transfer this agreement or its rights or obligations under this agreement
